Boot Camp Classes in Centennial Park
Join our popular outdoor exercise class (weather permitting) that targets all areas of fitness including the mental grit! Our boot camps involve testing and training body segments through dynamic and static exercises. Methods include isolations, plyometrics, resistance, speed and agility.
Isolation exercises target specific muscles to tone, strengthen and build. As you focus on just one area, the workout is intensified as you develop technique. Plyometrics, or jump training uses explosive energy to increase fitness levels. You will be working your leg muscles for flexibility and strength in these sets and working outside in the park provides the perfect soft landing on grass. With resistance training, we focus on techniques to help you control the weights and equipment you will be using. Correct body position and repetitious movement patterns that build muscle and refine body contour are emphasized in this style of training.
Boot camp workouts are in Centennial Park and range from 45 to 60 minutes. We start with a warm-up, stretching and pre-workout. The main workout follows, completed with a relaxing 10-minute cool down. Scheduled boot camp classes are held rain or shine.

Move 2 Improve
Our Move 2 Improve fitness class is designed specifically for you if you are new to working out or want to get back into the healthy lifestyle of the past. Warmups start with a 25-minute walk outside if weather permits, or on our cardio machines. We will motivate you through six supersets that target whole body segments for a total body workout. We never leave you alone to wonder if you are exercising properly in this class. Our experienced coaches will work closely with you to help you reach new goals and feel excited about getting physically fit again. Physical health is mental health.
Looking for something to really test your limitations? Well Tabata is it! This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program is a push-yourself-to-the-max workout that raises both your metabolism and heart rate. This is a short workout, but very intense!
Tabata originated in Japan and was designed for athletes to achieve maximum results from their training routines. Tabata is short, concentrated and intense. The exercises are entirely up to you according to what areas of the body you want to focus on. This form of high intensity interval training will get you into shape quickly and boost your aerobic capacity.

Our kickboxing class is designed to target cardiorespiratory, muscular endurance, muscular strength and power.
Unleash your inner “Rocky or GSP” through a variety of offensive and defensive techniques. We will train you how to strike and defend while developing an awareness of proprioception or gaining the sense of your body’s position and movement. Throughout your training regime you will continue to hone your joint position sense, which is a key component to delivering power and preventing injury.
Kickboxing as a combat sport, dates back to the middle of the 18th century Thailand. Because training focuses on whole body conditioning, our regimens include aerobics such as medicine ball exercises, running, and rope jumping. When you train with us, we practice hand speed, punch combinations, timing, and counter-punching. We will train you on the finer aspects of this sport, including timing and coordination. Diet will once again be emphasized to keep your metabolism balanced and high in performance energy.
HIIT Training (High-intensity Interval Training)
Do you want to improve your metabolism? If you want to get into shape and lose weight, this class is for you. HITT is a form of sprint interval training, alternating short bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with recovery periods. These workouts improve glucose metabolism and successfully produce significant reductions in the fat mass of the whole body.
Zumba is fun! About an hour long in duration with warmups and cooldowns, one Zumba class can burn off 600 calories. These moves are designed following the dance styles of salsa, mambo and hip hop among others. Join us for this exciting class to get in shape, lose weight and make new friends.
